Night Kuro-san of the Haunted Property

Rei Suganuma, a young man who moved into a "cursed property" rumored to be haunted by a female spirit. The ghost who lives there appears before him, trying to scare him away, but instead of being frightened, he's overjoyed! He starts talking about himself in front of the bewildered ghost, revealing that he actually moved into this property because he wanted to meet her. The ghost, who has never failed to scare anyone away before, is taken aback by him, especially when he tells her that she's his ideal ghost.
